Snowmobile safaris / Winter 2008 - 2009

Lappish nature is experience for it self and by taking a snowmobile safari you have a exellent opportunity to get to know lappish true nature and real wilderness.We provide all equipments for the safari and take care of all safety issues and safety instuctions before starting a safari.    

Example 3 days safari:  

Arrival to Muonio village. Welcome coffees and information from upcoming program. Safari equipments will be provided (warm overralls, boots, wollen socks, gloves, hat, balaclava, scarf and helmet) 

Guide will tell safety issues and driving instructions and safari begins.

Safari:

During the safari we drive thrue the wilderness forest, ice of the lakes and rivers up to top of the fjell.

We will stay modest, but atmospheric wildernes cottages without electricity and running water. Daily durations are between 80-100 km depending on weather and customers driving skills. All the luggages will come with us in a sledge for the whole safari.

End of the third evening we come bact to Muonio. Sauna, cold drinks and dinner will give great ending for the trip!

• Price: EUR  890 / person (final price wil be given after groupsize and program)
• Price includes: 2 nights in a real wilderness cottage, 1 person / snowmobile, all equipments needed, ( all inclusive ) breakfasts + picnic lunch and dinner, guide, snowmobile insurance ( personal liability max. 550 EUR / driver / accident)
• Extra cost: Tranportation, accomodation, sauna, dinner and extra safari days

The driver of snowmobile has to be at least 15 years of age and in a possession of a valid driving licence.
